They Suck

I order a grill from them in May they assured me that I would have this grill before Fathers Day. Here it is the week of Fathers Day and now they are telling me that it will be delivered on the 23rd of June. I talked to the customer service and they just say sorry about that, and they just blew me off like this is a normal thing for them. I told them I had plans and everything it's like they don't care even though they told me when I got it they sent me an email stating that it was shipped on May 25th even though they just ruined my Fathers Day, thanks BBQ Guys.

THE BBQ GUYS HAD THE EXACT PART I NEEDED FOR MY Q MODEL WEBER GAS GRILL.. IT ARRIVED IN A TIMELY FASHION, UNDAMAGED. GREAT TRANSACTION. THANKS BBQ GUYS!

If I could give a zero rating I would. Buyer beware, they ship broken parts and then do not replace. There are over 45 complaints with the better business bureau. Do not buy from this company you will find yourself without a useable product and will have lost your money!

Happy Kamado grill owner

Ordered several Kamado joe replacement parts on Friday via internet. Order fully delivered to me via fed ex on Tuesday... 4 days later... Excellent! Super fast ship. Order 100% fulfilled and all items correct. Original Kamado parts.

Great smoker

Absolutely so happy with the smoker that we purchased. Great delivery service and communication from the BBQz team providing me updates and progress on the purchase.
Website was easy to use and very udder friendly.

Absolutely horrible experience

Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered $800+ Weber grill from them in early summer, 2020. Grill arrived late and did not work. Changed out valve, changed out gas tanks, called BBQ guys (zero help - said to change out valve again), roughy in service. Called Weber (helpful). Weber indicated bad grill. Called BBQ Guys to resolve....nothing...no response for weeks. They never refunded for the grill. Gave them 6 months to figure this out. TERRIBLE and ended up filing a better business bureau complaint. Steer clear of this place.

Helpful but little slow

This site if helpful but the pages load slowly. Anyway, I recommend this site for any griller who wants to have a fun barbecue.

Just purchased a Grill Mat for our new…

Just purchased a Grill Mat for our new TREX composite decking. Very helpful input and extremely fast shipping (especially fast for Covid-19 pandemic 2020). Absolutely the best mat, head and shoulders above the competition. Will purchase an identical matching mat from BBQ Guys when I get my new kamado grill.

I ordered the incorrect Weber Q cover and BBQGuys immediately sent me the corrected replacement! NO HASSLE and I am a thankful fan of these guys????????

Order over 5k worth of product and…

Order over 5k worth of product and waiting for shipping. Was contacted by their carrier R&L and was instructed that i needed to be home all day for deliver 4 days later on 9/4 Called in and confirmed the delivery date and their website showed the same as a delivery for 9/4/20. Feeling this was a good date and confirmed. I took the day off from work and set the contractors to be here on 9/5/20 to install the grill. Waited all day and finally called in to confirm delivery. Support told me they had not even received the product yet and it i would have to wait till next week. No call, no email no nothing. The carrier was very dry and did not care much. So i reached out to the BBQ guys to tell them of the terrible customer service from their carrier and Nick the rep said sorry once we ship it is out of our hands? everyone has washed their hands of this. BBQ guys has my money. I lost a day of work, scheduled contractors and had everything set up at their direction and then nothing. everyone walks away and leaves the customer hanging without a care in the world.
